Is this the best restaurant in NYC? I would say so, yes. My favorite is the shafoot. I will always find a reason to come here and I’m Yemeni. I can get this food anytime I want at home but I still choose to come. Says a lot

To be honest, the food wasn’t as good as the presentation of the food. We got the kebab Sanani , it was just like oven made meatballs, we tried the Mushakkal Furn, and it wasn’t even cooked, a bunch of veggies stacked together in a pretty way. I don’t need to tell you that everything I ordered here was delicious but I will anyway! I had the shafoot, lime juice, lamb haneeth, and sabaya. Everything was amazing, but the sabaya was definitely the highlight. It completely blew me away! Im still thinking about it days later! Highly recommend this place!
