Office staff is great; however, they have a constant rotation of hygienists and dentists so you never see the same person twice. Experience is highly varied based on who happens to be there at that time. I’ve had some good experiences, but the negative experiences outnumber the positive ones.

This was our first time going to WellSmiles. Went for a check up and cleaning. From the moment we walked through the door it was a good experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nice environment and staff. However, they have a high turnover rate of front desk people, dental hygienists, and dentists. You never really know who's going to work in your mouth, and I would prefer to get familiar with my clinicians.
