Insurance should have been verified prior to the visit I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in. I don’t understand how you could be located in an urban community and not take Medicaid insurance.

Very professional staff ! Tonya was extremely knowledgeable and helpful , as for the rest of the staff they all treated me well . And I had the best , most gentle cleaning I've ever had .I highly recommend them !

This dental office is horrible maybe not the entire office but are all complicit after $2900 billing this is what he left me with after assuring it would be resolved correctly.. then said 4k more…terrible & took 3-4 months

so I have stitches in my mouth right now that Dr. Baker put in that was supposed to have been taken out 07/18/18. No one is answering the phone. I showed up for the appointment. The doors were locked. I received no phone call that it would be closed. What do I do now. I need the stitches out. This was not very professional
