Had a unit in Storage Mart . Eileen was super courteous and helpful . Next time if I am going to rent a storage Mart it’s definitely Storage Mart . Thanks Eileen for your help and making things smooth for us .

Called in multiple times and thought I was being annoying but Eileen was super cool and made me very comfortable answering all my questions extremely nicely and professionally. Was able to smoothly resolve all my issues without any frustrations which is awesome :)

Eileen is the absolute best she was able to help me from moving out. I got a notification that surprised me and I was about to move out until Eileen pleasantly surprised me with another option that saved me well enough time to make it worth it! Thank you Eileen and thank you storage mart

Def would recommend! I had my stuff in storage for two years, the building is clean and well kept up. Eileen in the front desk was very professional and kind (which is unusual in Miami). Would use them again, if needed!

I’ve been renting a storage unit at Storage Mart in Brickell for many years now and I can’t complain about the services I’ve received. With 24/7 access and kind staff like Eileen helping out with any unit needs, my renting experience with this Storage Mart location has always been pleasant. No complaints!

Great customer service. The front desk staff is very nice and very helpful, she explained the rates to me and my options very clearly. Eileen is so sweet and made the process of inquiring about my rate increase very easy and clear! Highly recommend
