We have used Southwest Industrial Electric numerous times and their quality of service has always terrific. Sometimes scheduling is an issue but we have found overall everyone from their sales reps to technicians have been a pleasure to work with.

We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.
