Sold me a $25 platter that look like a 5 dollar platter. Tiny portion. No seasoning. Served me hard white rice purposely with no warning. Had an attitude when I wanted to replace it. Had to get my refund. Go to island taste up the street. Way better.

There’s not many Afro-Trini restaurants in the Philadelphia area so I was excited to eat from one and definitely did not let me down. Buss Up Shot, Doubles, and Rasta Pasta were very delicious, Flavorful, and big portion sizes. The owner was very professional and nice and the food reminds me of home 🇹🇹. Will be back here again …

They make the best island food. Their Chana and potatoes, I can eat that like an entree all the time. That’s how good it is. The jerk chicken are well seasoned. The doubles are to die for. Oh and try the fried rice, it’s exceptional. Everything is well seasoned and yummy. The staff are awesome!
