We love the shrimp and halibut ceviches. The shrimp one is sweeter, the halibut more savory both are super delicious! Probably one of the best ceviche I’ve had. He’s located in the plaza and it’s a super easy stop. Thank you!

Marcos makes the best ceviche I’ve had in the entire Seattle area! I always get the shrimp and it’s so consistently delicious. Keep it up, my friend!

Marcos is a great guy and his Ceviche is AMAZING! You can't go wrong, I was having friends over and stopped here to get some chips and ceviche to put out as little bites and everyone loved it. Check it out!!

10 stars if I could. Ceviche was fresh and tasted great. Huge selection of hot sauces. The owner, Marcos was friendly and clearly passionate about what he does. I will be back very soon with more friends. Beer taps coming soon!

Stopped by during Shark Bite Ballard soft-opening weekend and was blown away by the flavorful ceviche, customer service and attention to detail. Can't wait for the weather to cooperate in order to enjoy that ceviche with a cold beer in their outdoor eating space!

We went to the new location at 65th & 3rd Ave W. A variety of ceviche options- the two we tried were both really great. Super happy to have this place in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the BEST ceviche I ever tried! So delicious and fresh! I will never get it anywhere else but from Marcos from now on! And it's so nice that you can also get it delivered! Marcos is such a pleasant man to talk to, excellent customer service! I HIGHLY recommend!

I love this place. Halibut ceviche on its own is excellent but the “Tosticeviche” with Halibut is my new favorite. Served in a bag of salsa verde Tostitos, it’s the perfect quick meal that you can take on the go. Highly recommend! Also Marcos the owner is super friendly which is an added bonus.

This place is delicious. So refreshing, flavors are perfect. Had the shrimp and halibut, lean just slightly towards the shrimp but both were amazing. We bought a 16 oz to go it was so good. Coming back to try the salmon and octopus next.
