I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer services. Their team is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Merli always takes the time to answer all my questions I may have, and provides me with all the information of the remediation process with details.

SERVPRO literally saved my life!!! They took all the extra precautions for COVID in a timely manner and fixed my apartment. I had a terrible sewerage flood in my kitchen and living room, my place my uninhabitable. Servpro dealt with my landlords and save my health and the day! BRAVO!!!

Pd for .a report on watet overflow however when I had questions the company never followed up w/any answer. I have now given up. Hiring another comoany is more recommended. Inquiries were never fillowed by Servpro in Santa Monica. I believe It is franchise run.

I called Servpro recently because I had a flood in my bathroom and I needed an emergency extraction. Merli was very helpful and dispatched a crew within that hour. Servpro sanitized and extracted all the water. I am very happy with the results. Thanks again Merli for being so responsive!
