They came out at 10pm after an unexpected water leak and installed fans and helped to mitigate the damage. Daily checks (except Sunday) and good communication and measurements to ensure everything dried out with no mold. Thank you!

The owner of Downtown Servpro will not do business with me because I mentioned my previous contractor's lies and not willing to communicate with me regarding my insurance claim. He's taking another person's word, just like how the police protect their own. Look elsewhere for a respectful, truthful contracting company.
