Joel has done work for us twice and did an excellent job both times. He was on time, and he left the work areas neat and clean. It's unrelated to his work, but he's a very kind gentleman! Highly recommend!

We have had an issue with our parking lot lights for weeks. Multiple companies came out and nobody could get it corrected until Joel from Bates showed up. Joel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found the solution to our problem and got it done. Highly recommended!

We required some services for installation of a ceiling fan, smart switches, and smart fire alarms. Joel Was very helpful and very professional. He answered all of our questions and he was very efficient as well. He even gave us a few helpful tips. We will certainly ask for their services again.
