food was meh and the customer service was horrible they don't tend to you and when they finally do they are disrespectful. My meat was dangerously undercooked and when i asked if they could cook it a little longer i was met with rudeness. And the manager is no better

Nasty on the phone and over charging me when I told them I'm looking at the menu and I know the price the man say do you want the order or not. In other words I can charge you want I want no....all I ordered was some pancakes and a small oatmeal he told me the price was 25.50 is he crazy or what....these pll gotta stop it....

They sell really good food here. I dislike that they act as if they don’t want to severe American people. If someone of their culture walks in they are very attentive and on hands and will actively ignore you. There’s many times that I’ve been skipped over or just treated extremely rude by the staff here.

I came in to buy two whole chickens the guy only gave me two small garlics I asked for some more he refused to give it to me because there’s one garlic per chicken which doesn’t make any sense being how small the garlic is . It gave very much racism I would never buy from them again

I went in to get a typical Spanish breakfast, mongou with onions and 3 to 4 stripe of chicken in the small container.
I dont eat pork and cant have the cheese and didnt mind the extra charge …

Blonde hair Dominican woman gave me bad services. Going back and forth just for a cup of mojito. Charging me extra after I bought a combo. I won't be eating from here ever again.

Everything I visit New York I have to stop by jjs. I grew up coming here as a child, and I always feel right at home here. The food is ALWAYS great.
