From the customer service rep to the technician, everyone was friendly and efficient. The technician was able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. The repair was diagnosed and repaired quickly. We have had lighting installed by this company also. We are very happy with the results.

Although Poor Richard had to work in the dark, he was able to finish the job. He was very professional and courteous. InPhaze electric are honest and unlike Frank Gay do not try to upsell. Also, they are better priced.
