Talia was our server (trained by Crystal) she was very helpful. The food was amazing and the atmosphere really make me feel under the sea . Talia and Crystal were attentive and very respectful. Also I loved the music played .

1st time at Hook and Reel and had a Great experience. Alana our server was extremely attentive to our needs and wants, she gave the best customer service! Our food came out Quick, delicious and the atmosphere was great, good music and sports on Tv. Definitely recommend and will be back

This is my favorite seafood broil and one of the best hook and reel location. Their food is by far the best. Big shout out to our server Alana. She was very attentive and friendly and gave the perfect amount of service. Which made our experience even better.

Came here with my bestie and the kids, and the vibes were immaculate. Alana was our waitress, and she was super nice, constantly checking on us. It was my first time, so she was very patient and explained the boil menu to me. Overall, the food was great! Loved my lobster tail, and the music created a real vibe. I’ll definitely be back!
