Excellent service. There was a misunderstanding of office hours when I signed up. The manager was very accommodating. She waited 10 minutes for me to arrive after office hours. They took their time in orientation, and I was able to settle into my space that day.

I mean cmon, it’s hard to really find a storage space that feels like it is really different than the others. The truth is that this is the best place to store your stuff in Chicago. I don’t say this lightly, they are incredible here. They make you feel like family.
