Wool rug was covered and stained with red vomit! This happened late Saturday night. I called Empire Sunday morning totally distressed. They couldn’t have been nicer and although not their normal hours Leo came right over and solved the most disgusting problem you can imagine - I cannot recommend higher!

My boys made a nasty stain and I called for same day service. They did incredible work ask you can see. Leo was so professional and saved my bedroom carpet. I know who to call when accidents ever happen again. Thanks a million.

Would highly recommend! Max was great, great communication and very reliable. My area rug was a challenge and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. My area rug looked amazing! Looked brand new! Would use Max again without a doubt.

They were amazing. Came to clean my couch and spent a lot of time on it. Didn’t rush and they did a great job. The price was right the the job was perfect. My sofa looks brand new!!! Highly recommend!

Great experience with Max and Austin at Empire Steamers. They cleaned our carpets, couch, pillows, and drapery. Everything looks brand new! Good communication, on time arrival, and a fair price for 3 hours of work.

Max was very professional and punctual. The carpet required deep cleaning and Max was able to thoroughly clean all spaces. Pricing is also reasonable, would book again if needed.

Empire Steamers did a great job on my carpet which was stained with muddy rusty water. I was able to set up a quick convenient appointment. Max and his staff were terrific and did a great job in getting the stains out. They were very efficient, clean and friendly. I am a very satisfied customer.
