Amazing neighborhood gem in the Downtown SF area! Food was solid, we got the Halibut plate, Guac and chips, and the classic lomo saltado. The beef was cooked to perfection, extremely tender and buttery. There’s so much attention to detail …

I liked the previous menu better. The sweet plantain were amazing, the empanadas were good, but we didn’t enjoy the fajitas or chicken stir fry. The latter was tons of rice and very little chicken. Also was sad to see they don’t have taro chips and green salsa any more.

Top Shelf, because the service is impeccable, the owner is selfless and extremely inviting, and the food is so very good. I am on the wagon, so I didn't indulge in the drink menu, but it looked fantastic. The atmosphere is intimate in the …

This is a very whimsical restaurant with interesting decor, which offers Latin fare. We were there for a corporate event, but the menu selection was broad. I especially liked the seviche and the vegetarian fajitas. Other interesting menu …

Had the birria quesadilla and the queso and the Caesar salad and all were underwhelming. The plantains and the pico de gallo are great. The beef quesadilla would be better if it were served hot instead of lukewarm like I got today. Edit: …

El Dorado is an absolute gem! I stopped by after work and tried the Pollo Causa and Lomo Saltado, hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s tough to find those dishes done right, but El Dorado absolutely nailed it. Every bite was …

We caught this restaurant a couple of days after it opened, so it was a bit quiet, but the vibe was relaxed, and the music was chill. I am a picky eater, and I wouldn't describe myself as adventurous, but the food was solid. Everyone at my …

We came here for the first time on a Saturday night, and they weren’t too busy. The service and food started off strong but didn’t end the best. For starters, the restaurant and ambiance is BEAUTIFUL! I was surprised by that. However, the …

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bocado, a new Peruvian restaurant in San Francisco, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the …

Bocado is a new addition to the neighborhood. This is a great destination any time of the day. The food is fresh and delicious and the beer is ice cold. The atmosphere is energetic with windows that open for a cafe feeling and amazing wall …

We wanted to like this place because we really like Peruvian food, but our experience was overall not the best on drinks, food, and service. The food ranged from ok to good. I found the big platter of grilled red snapper--though impressive …

Yummy Peruvian food and nice service. Had the ceviche which was I thought a little to spicy but very tasty. Also the shrimp causa was good but only came with 2 shrimp. For some reason they gave me the tres leches desert on the house and it was AMAZING! You have to try it!!

One of the best Peruvian restaurants in the city! Would highly recommend the Ceviche Sampler to start, Tiradito Salmon Jalapeno, and any of the 'causas,' which are skewers. They have a great cocktail menu too. …
