Second time here for my sons cleaning (8yr old) the waiting time is really crazy for the waiting area to just have one person. After 40 min of waiting I asked how long i was told “15 min it’s only a kids cleaning ahead shouldn’t be long”. An hour later & I am walking out of here still unseen for a cleaning that should be under 30min
