They are great! We had some area rugs, carpet on the stairs, and 2 sofas, and 1 arm chair cleaned. Matt was great. He was able to get the stains out of our sofas and they look like new. Totally will be using them again in the future.

I recommend Carpet Beautifier . Justin is knowledgeable , trustworthy , efficient . My rugs and couch are clean , fresh , and ready for the holidays . He especially did a great job on my stair runner, even the toughest stains were taken care of. I will use him again in the near future .

I was very satisfied with the work Justin did. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing thoroughly. Our carpet, rugs and chair came out really clean and looks great. I will recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet/ rugs clean. Very good job. Happy customer.

Absolutely highly recommend!! The rugs were all cleaned and for 8 year old rugs they look new . The technician was very respectful and professional, he went out of his way explaining the process and educated us on how to keep the rugs clean for the long run .. we WILL be bringing him in again to do other cleaning work
