Needed to look for bartender for every refill even though it was not busy at all. She would place the drink on the bar even though I was seated at a table so I would bring my empty drink and grab the new drink. Automatically charged 18% gratuity. Seemed like I was not a wanted guest, not one smile was given.

Had a party for our company at bar Louie for lunch . And the bartender /server I think his name was Efrain was awesome. Very polite and attentive. It was about 20 people and he got everything we ordered correct and fast . Great service from him the whole time we were there.

Overall a good place. Wife ordered tots instead of fries but ended up getting served fries. We didn’t say anything because we were tired and hungry due to traveling. My burger was good and messy. We ate on a Tuesday night and the burgers were half off so that’s a real good deal.

The music and TV noise was quite loud so conversation was hard. Food was pretty good but the drinks were watered down and overpriced for the lack off alcohol in them. Our server was excellent and very attentive given the late hour we were there. Sadly the watered down drinks have us thinking of passing this up on our next in town stay.

Got the Philly with pepper and mushrooms added along with truffle fries and tots. Everything was ready in under 15 minutes. Food was absolutely amazing. Especially the Philly dipped in the truffle aoli.

The service was awesome. The female bartender on the 25th of September around 4:30 PM was excellent, fast, efficient and had great conversation skills with all her clients. I am glad we stopped here for a drink.
