It's the service that keeps me coming back. Before finding All Family Dental, I've had some bad experiences. I was locked in my first visit. They take good care of my children and I. Extra shoutout to Miss Lupe! (I think that's her name, she has a heart tattoo)she's great! ☺️

I called tried to get an appointment and the receptionist was to lazy or just not interested in working she told me couldn’t verify my insurance at the time ! Her lack of patient care made me chose another dentist

Lupe was great at helping me understand everything and what steps to take to ensure my childs oral health is taken care of, 100 percent made me feel at ease. The doctor was also very nice.

I bring my daughter here and every appt something’s wrong that they have to refix the braces. I’ve waited a month for the appt today because her bracket was not put in right and we arrive 5 mins late and they turned us around. No grace period or anything. Remind you u have to pay to Park so that’s where the time went!

Try to force you to get additional services to get the insurance to pay them more and for a higher copayment. They refused to do the work that you go in for and instead are more worried about their profits. Corporate greed at its finest.

Do not go here. They do not treat kids well, the staff gets frustrated with them and sends them to other dentist offices. Also if you go in for a cleaning they will try and sell you a deep cleaning and when you refuse that then they refuse service. I’m talking about Dr Media! Filling a complaint with the better business bureau.

Dr. Austin Potrue was really nice & cool & gentle … his assistant however was nice and sweet but took forever with x rays had to keep redoing them & was a little ruff when polishing my teeth
