We have been here nearly 2 weeks and so far we really like it here, the move in ran smoothly and the management welcomed us and are friendly as are our new neighbors. It is was clean and totally move in ready.

1295West apt: D & E building we were without Gas for 3 wks. And still need lighting between D & E at the top of the dumpster it gets very dark after sun set. It's very dangerous in this area after dark. PLEASE REPAIR LIGHTING BETWEEN 1295 D AND E BUILDING. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 25 YEARS IN D-6.

We do business with these apartments and they have wonderful staff. They are very accommodating space is nice and clean. Location is also in a great place on the belt line. Plenty of neighbors around and community officers neighborhood is safe.

The leasing staff are very attentive and move pretty urgently when it comes to issues you may have, and the have flexible leasing options. Maintenance is pretty cool too. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been to several apartments and had very lackluster tours but 1295 west apartments made the search worth it. The agent who toured me is Morgan and she was very nice and attentive to all my apartment needs. The community is gorgeous as well. I would recommend her to everyone. I will be putting my application very soon!

I truly enjoy living at Donnelly Garden apartments been there for along period of time never had any problem. The workers in the office are very Nice & very friendly they make you feels like family.
