There was a very kind and patient black gentleman who helped me, and made the whole experience of parking in the garage that much easier. His name starts with an “N”, I wish I could remember his full name, but if you know who I’m talking about, give the man a raise!

NEVER PARK HERE. The scanner did not register the QR code at the exit and had to pay extra despite booking online. The lady on help line was not useful. We will be filing a formal police complaint against this parking garage.

9-2-23, good place to park for downtown venues. The Holiday Inn is right next door. Pay at the kiosk before leaving, no attendant on duty. A day and half of parking was about $100.

Car was stolen from this garage. The property manager seemed quite impressed with the work of the robbers… If you’re staying at a hotel just let the valet park your car. Don’t trust the public lots and definitely don’t trust this “Secure Parking” garage.

DOUBLE CHARGED! Pre-paid via ParkWhiz (Apr 20) but forced to pay an extra $55 at exit. No attendant and useless helpline. Avoid this garage at 10 E Ontario St if you pre-book – their system doesn't work!
